Shop Building

Fleet management begins with knowing your equipment- learning what it takes in order to properly service & repair your equipment in house. This includes the proper tools, equipment, and analytics to be able to service, track, and repair your fleet.

Each manufacturer has its own service plans and tools needed to service their equipment, and has its own policies on how their equipment should be maintenanced. Improper service and repair can cause breakdowns down the road, or just as important- Warranties being voided. Both of which can cost you hundreds and even thousands of dollars.

We are capable of affordably building you comprehensive service management plans which allow you to properly track and service your equipment needs. Help you get the tools affordably, and the resources required for your service managers to perform quality work to manufacturer recommended specifications.

There is an unavoidable truth that we have to inevitably accept as a full service & repair shop- You make more money when having your fleet serviced in house if it is done right. Working on your own equipment, if you have the right space and equipment will take thousands of dollars out of labor costs to have your equipment maintained.

Most of our customers currently do their own in house labor, and will contact us for repairs when they need further assistance or overflow work performed.

However, you are a fleet owner. Maintaining your equipment often involves relying on the word and knowledge of the technicians you may employ. That can be not only be a risky, but dangerous venture. Mistakes and bad judgement can cost you thousands of dollars, and create lots of downtime for your equipment.

We can provide you with support with in house consultation, and help you build a solid maintenance and repair program making sure that your shop runs as efficient and effective as our own shop does.

As a business owner, you are aware in order to produce quality work, you need quality workers. We have seen lots of technicians that have great potential, but have been limited by the lack of education/improper education. There are lots of schools which train technicians, and they leave these training programs fairly educated. However, there isn't a single program out there that teaches technicians how to learn on their own. Leaving you one unknowing google search for an answer instead of the proper resource away from a disaster.

Most technicians learn from experience handed down from the more experienced technicians they work with. However, if the information is incorrect, then a mistake doesn't become just a mistake: It becomes practice.

We can provide technicians with as much software, manuals, and resources you can find on your fleet. Educate them on how to find the proper resource one their own. We can also help tutor technicians in fields in which they can use more instruction on, such as electronic components, automatic transmissions, or exhaust after-treatment systems.

Business To Business

We know and understand that our customers are not just consumers, but businesses just like us. We know our success is dependent on the success of your business. We don't just want to make sure that your equipment is repaired and maintained- We want to make sure that your business is as well. We can help fleet owners like yourself plan for their future, and protect their most important assets.

We don't consider doing business as just a transaction or a sale, but a long term partnership and commitment to provide you with the tools and resources you need to be successful.

You run a business of managing fleets. We run a business of maintaining them.
