Fleet management begins with knowing your equipment- learning what it takes in order to properly service & repair your equipment in house. This includes the proper tools, equipment, and analytics to be able to service, track, and repair your fleet.
Each manufacturer has its own service plans and tools needed to service their equipment, and has its own policies on how their equipment should be maintenanced. Improper service and repair can cause breakdowns down the road, or just as important- Warranties being voided. Both of which can cost you hundreds and even thousands of dollars.

Working on your own equipment, if you have the right space and equipment will take thousands of dollars out of labor costs to have your equipment maintained.
Most of our customers currently do their own in house labor, and will contact us for repairs when they need further assistance or overflow work performed.

There are lots of schools which train technicians, and they leave these training programs fairly educated. Most technicians learn from experience handed down from the more experienced technicians they work with. However, if the information is incorrect, then a mistake doesn't become just a mistake: It becomes practice.
We can provide technicians with as much software, manuals, and resources you can find on your fleet. Educate them on how to find the proper resource one their own. We can also help tutor technicians in fields in which they can use more instruction on, such as electronic components, automatic transmissions, or exhaust after-treatment systems.
